Wondering How This Whole Custom Order Thing Works?

Don’t sweat it. We’ve got you covered. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and our customer support team is all about making the ordering process quick and easy. 1.  Choose your items, keeping in mind that custom products must be ordered in case quantities.

2.  Attach your artwork. Acceptable files are; eps, ai, psd and pdf. Vector formatted files, preferably saved as ai or eps work best to print clear and crisp images. Low resolution artwork and/or web graphics are not acceptable.

3.  Provide the details to be included on your items (Addresses, Phone Numbers, Website, etc.)

4.  Approve your virtual proofs. Our customer support team will email a virtual proof for approval after receiving your order.

5.  Payment is not required until after you have approved your virtual proof for production. You will then receive a secure payment link from us via email.

6.  Production begins when we receive your payment.

 

1.  Reorders that do not require artwork revisions may be submitted to your customer service rep via email, phoned in, or placed online.

2.  Please indicate that you are reordering and no artwork changes are required.

3.  You will receive a secure payment link from us via email if we do not have your credit information already on file.

1.  Escapade Custom does not charge a setup fee. Artwork processing is included at no additional cost.

3.  We will resize your artwork to fit each product, and convert multi-color logos to a single color at no additional cost when necessary.

4.  Virtual proofs are always provided at no charge for new orders. We will not process your order without receiving an artwork approval.

5.  In most cases, you will receive a virtual proof on the same business day that you place an order.
